Good question. This one is easy for me. I'd love a nicely appointed indoor lap pool. I'll even trade my kitchen for it! lol

Ater 30 years We are 100% done re-modeling. The last improvement was a year round room off of the kitchen/diningroom its awesome and overlooks the backyard.

I would love to extend my kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom w/ a nice covered deck. Close in the carport to make an additional room and install a second bathroom. I will continue to dream on...

A backyard pool, a Florida Room w/ a jacuzzi, and upgrade our heating/cooling system. Also, pave the driveway...That should blow most of the money.
