You would have to find a mineral water that would tell you how much calcium is actually in the product.I drink Gerolsteiner and there's only 345 MG of calcium in 1 liter of it and that brand is a top brand.I would just take a Calcium/Magnesium supplement.

First off, ask your doctor. This is not a matter to leave solely in the hands of a QVC forum, though you may find interesting tips.

No, I don't know that mineral water has enough calcium in it to act as a calcium supplement, I sincerely doubt it. If want or need a calcium supplement, take a supplement.

Nope.
In fact, drinking water..any water..helps prevent kidney stones.
They usually occur by what you are eating.
