For me it would be that all those reviews where someone states that they received a broken/defective product but will keep it because it is too expensive to return, would be made to understand that it is FREE SHIPPING to return such items. All you have to do is mark your return slip defective or damaged, and I place a call to customer service to have them flag my account about not charging me the shipping. I follow up by watching my credit card bill to be sure the correct refund was made, and it usually is.
It slays me to read over and over that people kept defective merchandise, because they don't understand the policies.
What one misconception do you see/hear here that you'd correct if you could?
