If you are sick( cold etc) do you still go in to work?

Where should one cut the line on going in? I think when someone is showing all the symtoms( runny nose, coughing etc) they should stay home so others are not infected. But I see people at my work come in anyway. It kind of makes me angry{#emotions_dlg.thumbdown}{#emotions_dlg.mad}
