I have 4 to 6 ounces of lean, no-nitrate turkey breast with dijon mustard!
Protein is what I go for whenever I'm hungry. Sometimes Ill get Manns cut up veggies--i.e. broccoli and cauliflower. Protein , though, is my usual choice.

Lately ny snack of choice has been a handful of salted almonds mixed with a handful of Sun Maid Raisins. I get both my sweet and salty fixation taken care of at once.

I recently discovered Hemp Heart Bites. Great for Omega 3 and 6 and protein.

If I'm going to have a snack it's going to be a small chicken breast stuffed with cheese and brocoli.

Rainier cherries when they're in season. Love, love, love them. Other times I'll probably pick popcorn.
