If they give it to you for 'free'

If a store offers a product to you for free to try out in exchange for giving your review of the product, would you take the offer?

Depends on the store and the product.

They state to review their products in an 'allotted timeframe'. No specifics given. @sidsmom

This is like ‘21 Questions!’

At first glance, I would say ‘yes’...as long as the

new products don’t interfere with my life...too much.

You’ve piqued everyone’s interest!

Here's the scoop...I register at this 'department store' . They email me a list of products to choose from. After I make my selection then they send me the products to try. After I try the products I am given a timeframe to post my review on-line. The products are free for me to keep once I give my reviews.

I looked at the registration form and there are boxes to check for the products and categories I'd be interested in. So it's not going to be a shotgun kind of thing. I can specify which products I would be interested in trying.

It could be genuine offer, but the old, "if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is."  It sounds ok to me. Do learn all details and read the small print.

Go for it!

Sounds like fun...plus we all want to know, as well!

@qualitygal brings up a good point....read the small print.

If you use the product to a certain level, you might have to purchase it.

Or if not returned by a specified time, you have to purchase the entire product package.
