Take a ""trip"" to Colorado.

Hmm.... it would probably be a new deck and some landscaping. We have a beautiful back yard and pool but the deck is getting old and needs to be replaced. We love sitting out there at night during the warm months. We would all enjoy it, not just me.

I would tuck it safely away in my wallet and think about it for awhile. My decluttering efforts have moved so much stuff out of this house, I think long and hard about spending money on anything that is carried into the house. I always ask myself if I really need it, and since that answer is always no, then I just hang onto the money.

I wouldn't qualify for the money because I'd have to spend a good part of it on someone I know who is special need in this present economy. Don't have to look very far to find at least one or two of those; it could happen to any one of us.

Add this org to the list. I saw this story last night and it brought tears to my eyes. I was weeping like a child. Happy ending. We were going to rescue him if he had not found a home. We told our 4 legged girls they almost had a brother.
