If You Have An Advance Order

You can do Live Chat, no wait time and get Free Shipping on advance order. I ordered a Valerie Jingle Bell Wreath on October 2nd It was $5.50 shipping. Order week of 11/29

 

The S/H charge of $5.50 was removed.

@pugvette74 - Thanks for the tip.  I did a live chat and got the shipping charge of $6.97 removed on an advanced order placed on 9/16 to ship wk of 10/11.  Hopefully when I do get billed, it will have been removed.  Thanks again!

That's great! You can check your order now and see that the S/H was removed. Happy for you!

@pugvette74   So based on your post (thank you), I checked and I do have one advance order that has yet to ship.  So I went to chat and was told the shipping refund only applies to orders placed within the last 48 hours.  My advance order was placed 9.23 and she said she was sorry, but the shipping refund doesn't apply to my order.

 

Thoughts?

@moonandthestars   during the last free shipping I placed an order (regular order) the Saturday and was given the free shipping because it was lest than 48 hours.

 

What would happen if you cancelled the Advance order that was placed last month and place the order today for free shipping?  I think I read that someone was able to do this today.

They never used to do this (I've asked in the past).

 

I had a waitlist order that I placed a week ago, so I simply cancelled that and placed the order again - with free shipping!

 

For those with waitlist or advance orders though, it never hurts to ask.  I do think the responses from CS should be consistent.

 

(ETA:  And HSN is the worst!  I once placed an order and a few hours later - I mean just after midnight - they offered free shipping.  And it was a high shipping fee on my order.  But I couldn't cancel and they refused to remove the shipping fee.  It took me a very long time to ever order from them again.)

@Sage04 I did ask if I should cancel and then reorder to have the Free Shipping and the Live Chat person said no. I received the $5.50 refund.

Now I've been rejected twice!!!  Said any order placed before 10/10 is excluded!

 

Not my lucky day for this sort of thing, apparently, but congratulation to everyone who was able to receive the credit!  Me thinks I should have thought to try this earlier in the evening - maybe it would have worked out better.  Maybe.

@pugvette74  Thanks! I had an order placed during CIJ. I asked and they gave me free shipping. Then the CS agent wrote:

 

I would be happy to honor the free shipping on this order today. Please know in the future the order must be placed within the prior 48 hours of the full day shipping event to qualify for the free shipping.
