I don't know, since I don't have that kind of discretionary income. But if I did...maybe? People spend a lot of money on their pets these days. If someone felt like one pet was irreplaceable, it might be worth it?

No because the best I could hope for would be a dog that looks exactly like mine. His personality and quirky traits could not be cloned.

The cloned puppy looks very cute but I think a rescue pup would be just as cute. I don't believe a cloned dog would ever be exactly the same as the original.
