Yeah, like you don't think that they don't have a room full of lawyers who go over everything with a fine toothed comb?
Good luck with that lawsuit, and let us know how it turns out.
Funny thing is, you never hear back from those who threatened to sue QVC.
Hmmm, gee, I wonder why that is?
*lol*
Do you think large companies don't end up in class action lawsuits for things they've done wrong?
Now granted some of the comments made on this board that Q is doing wrong and are going to get sued over are ridiculous but they've been on the receiving end of lawsuits before and I'm sure it will happen again.

I have been exasperated by the Q quite a few times. But they always go the distance to make things right--including the Christmas tree (a Christmas in July special) that lighted up fine in July but not on Dec. 10, right before a party.
I'm a loyal customer because their CS is excellent when there is a problem. Who expects no problems, ever? I just want any problem solved fairly soon.

A few days ago I ran across a list of the 20 companies with the most complaints. None of the shopping channels was on the list but Sears was. There were tons of complaints on the infomercial for Nuwave, not for the product but for their business practices.

Sears lost my business quite a while ago, for this very reason. Outsourcing thier calls to some foreign country where I couldn't even understand the reps didn't help either. But Sears' service becamse lousy. Too bad - I'd bought my appliances from Sears (Kenmore) for many, many years but got too fed up to do so any more.

With their Christmas return policy extended until January 31 always bothers me as what do they do with some of those returns. I bought the Go Smile sonic care tooth brush for myself, suppose I achieve the whitest my teeth will go and I send it back, obviously they have to dispose of it, I would hope, so there is a loss for them or clothes and shoes worn up until the middle of January? Do they steam clean them and sell them 'as is'? Or a half bottle of Philosophy body wash.
I wonder do they donate the clothes and get to write off the rest? Always has been a big 'wonder' to me.

I learned from Shark Tank that it's the Vendor who has to absorb the cost of returns, not QVC.

Some of the items definitely get sold as - is. Worse time to buy a handbag from QVC from that department is after January 31st. I would not trust the shoes or clothing either. The other stuff you mentioned I'm sure is discarded. A lot of stuff will get ruined before January 31st since they can buy it now and wear for a few months; not everything is a gift. I never liked their extended return policy.

At one time most of the returns were sold on pallets to people (like me) who sell on eBay. Many had defects, some were worn, some times things were broken (could be fixed).... but most items were good enough to sell used. They haven't done this in years however and I remember getting a used item as brand new when I ordered a little cosmetic train case that was filthy on the inside bottom with smears of powder and gunk!!.

@Q4uThanks for confirming what I thought was the case, because I knew people used to sell lots of clothing on Ebay from QVC but don't much any more.

qvc still has pallet buying available.....or liquidation as they are calling it. i do buy some items from at least two ebay sellers that have tons of qvc/hsn stuff. you can find the link via the qvc homepage.

i know that the outlet stores are also frequented by resellers on ebay.
