Yes, the past is over and done. That's good and not so good. I also miss so many who are gone. Age has exacerbated this loss. It is one of the hardest parts of growing old/older.

At least I am not alone in this.  Guess we will always  have our "moments" as you so aptly put it. Thanks for posting.

Growing old is not for sissies!  LOl!  It's hard!  I thought it would be a piece of cake -- no worries, no stress, just sailing through life.  But each age brings it's own challenges.  I'm not gonna lie -- I do falter at times and have bad days. It's helpful I think to know that we're not alone and others have similar feelings.
