Says they are unable to process my request and to call 800- 311-4769. It must be due to the fact that I already had gone to their website and signed up paying $1 for my credit report....which gave me a #at the end of all that.
When I call the number it gives me prompts....request a report....security freeze....I hung up. I will call back and see what I have actually done...I think I have that free trail of their plan for 7 days...plus my current report. Perhaps I should wait a few days then call them to cancel the free 7day trial monitoring thing....then they can put a 90day alert on my report for free??

I hope you can cancel the 7 day trial so you can follow the prompts I gave you for the 90 day credit alert.I can't say enough about it.It really works!!!
