I use 3MTegaderm clear bandages, available on Amazon or Nexcare clear bandages. They cover my Freestyle Libre blood glucose sensor & keep it dry. Try Walgreens too; I've seen them there also

To wash your back, use a small hand towel, wet, hold by the opposite corners and wash away!  Works above and below area protected!
