@monicakm, I'm right there with you. I can open a store. A lot of them are still in their boxes. In fact, they have their own space. I keep giving away and they keep growing. I miss Technique but but I have enough.

It was just about two or three years after I bought all that cookware from QVC that I developed lower back issues and couldn't stand up long enough to do anything lengthy and creative.  I keep holding on to it thinking I'll get better someday and get back in the kitchen!
