I bought a large refill on Amazon, it doesn't seem diluted to me.  Still opaque and smells great.  The refill is really economical.

I've seen it around as well, maybe it was Home Goods where I last saw it....I remember when it was on QVC constantly.....

It is probably more profitable for them to sell on Amazon .. QVC, requires a package deal, to sell in volume, and then there is postage and returns. lol, I am laughing at people who would return this item. Lol
