IPAD users/tablet users - A few questions

I would like to get a tablet and I toyed around with the ipad2 in the store a few weeks ago and really liked it but I didn't like that it had no flash abilities. I would think it would be annoying to be reading an article that has a video and not be able to view the video.

1. Does it bother you that you can't use flash?

2. What pros/cons have you discovered with the ipad?

3. Is the ipad2 worth it or should I go right for the "new ipad"?

For anyone who uses a tablet other than the ipad. I'd love to hear some feedback and what tablet you like best.
