Thank you so much for this post. I was listening to QVC on the weekend and listened to David praise the weekend over and over because as he said it was the official start of Summer. I heard this so much from the Q hosts that I called Customer Service and gave them a piece of my mind. The girl said she agreed with me and would send a message up to the head office. I don't know if that happened but I got it off my chest.

My grandson will be leaving for the Marines in August and I am not happy but I respect the fact that he wants to go. He just graduated from high school.

I have always had a flag hanging from our home and will continue as long as I can. God bless all our soldiers and their families.

@luvmybeetle, Congrats to your dgs. Our dgd entered the NAVY a year ago this month. It kind of scared us too, but she is doing very well. She was right out of HS too.
