I've been having a huge craving for buckwheat pancakes.

Couldn't find a mix or buckwheat flour in the supermarket.

I checked IHOP, and all they have is multi-grain.  Which sounds delicious, btw.

Anyone here recall always seeing/ often eating buckwheat pancakes?

It's all a gimmick. It's only temporarily, and changed only their flagship restaurant sign. They are introducing 7 new burgers.
