@Citrine1 wrote:@catwhisperer My sincere thanks to you!
@Citrine1...you are most welcome. I'm sorry you feel sad. Believe me, I know where you are coming from. I feel sad much of the time, along with feeling overwhelmed and frustrated. I just go from day to day and do the best I can. Take care.

@catwhisperer and @Citrine1 It makes me feel sad to think that you two are sad most of the time. I am sure that you aren't alone, but when you (me) are happy most of the time, we often forget those that aren't. I will put you both in my prayers that your hearts may be lightened.
I don't know what is going on in your lives now, but if there is nothing in particular to make you sad, could it be something physical? I am just asking because, before I started taking a thyroid med, I was flat, emotionally. It has helped tremendously.
My thoughts are with you......may you have happy days ahead.

I started this thread as a light hearted subject, but I am very surprised and, I must say, saddened to learn that there are so many of you that are sad, worried, afraid, unsatisfied....... I am going to pray for the members of this forum. We all have struggles going through this life, but they are different challenges for each of us. We should all remember this when reading each other's thoughts. It just might put a different perspective on what they have to say and on what we have to say in return. It might make a difference in someone's day....in a good way.......and that is BIG.

@catwhisperer wrote:@tends2dogs....thanks, but for me, it's emotional stress. I have already talked to my doctor about it.
@catwhisperer It is still stress. I hope that it can be lightened for you. It is such a joy robber and it keeps you from having the best day possible. It sounds as if you are being proactive.

2 things:
1. Stress about everything even though I can't change things
2. Have to explain to my sons why bad things happen

I'm right with you.
