I watch because I like the shoes at times. They seem very happy working with each other and in today’s world with so much sadness, it’s nice to see them having an apparent good time.

I don’t always like a sales clerk in B&M stores either so why are the hosts held to a higher standard. If you don’t like them, don’t watch & go online for the info you need. You don’t always have that option in B&M businesses.

I like Courtney & Jane tho chatty doesn’t really bother me to any great extend. She is very enthusiastic. The vendors seem to like both of them & I guess the sales are there.

Leah and Shawn did not work. Amy & Alberti do not work imo but Courtney & Jane must generate positive sales. If they don’t, it will be over.

I for one miss Courtney with Kim G; that was a nice combo imo

When I see a pairing I dont care for I IMMEDIATELY turn the channel.....and I did write to Corporate...

Qurate (QVC) sales/revenues keep dropping and dropping yet all they seem to do is to beef up their streaming options or update their sets, change show titles, and play musical chairs with host pairings....none of which has helped them financially....JMHO but I think they better start listening to their customers or they will wind up like Sears (no more) and JCP (which is in a real mess and near bankruptcy).....

People complain because they'd like to still shop at QVC, but QVC seems to be their own worst enemy...and folks are watching and buying less....

So I guess the customers are supposed to remain silent and just walk away....hmmmm....some companies care about customer feedback and even send out surveys "how are we doing"....I had 5 emails this morning on various stores and services......With sales declining a light bulb should go on at QVC's Executive level...and even though the people making comments are a small sampling they are just like the ones that take time to respond to Surveys, those are the customers the business listens too not the silent ones....

I usually avoid any program where Jane is the host but once in a while I'll watch, just for the amusing/horrifying value of watching what a fool she is. She's just awful and the only reason I can think of, for why QVC keeps her on, is because she gets ratings from people who watch her for the same reason I do.

I.E., you know you shouldn't watch a train wreck but you just can't help it.

They've hardly remained silent.  What I'm saying is day after day momth after month & ptobably years of these JT-bashing posts and nothing's changed, so the PTB must not be too concerned about sales or changes would've been made by now. The constant sometimes very mean spirited comments about JT get very tiresome.

I understand what your saying...constructive criticism is one thing (I had QVC in the background while I was cooking and thought to myself...gee she needs to stop to take a breath, she was going a million miles a minute   and one could barely understand her, and it wasnt pleasant to listen to)..... but she was quiet when the vendor spoke so that's an improvement...but I went and changed the channel..

And I'm with you---I dont care for the "especially mean comments" the Mods usually take care of those pretty quick, -so I let the Mods do their job....

@RespectLife  - there are many fake accounts, multi nic posters that seem to thrive on doing this.

Q can take action to clean it up and I hope they will do it! They previously did some sweeps to ban repeat offenders that posted political, religious and inappropriate content. 

The inappropriate content and Q bashing threads/posts are now the dominant new content, not shopping 👎 Q needs to take swift actions to squash it! 

But I agree, it will most likely lead to permanently closing this platform bc it's just easier and a more prudent business decision. The offending posters doing this are not Q customers.

@Spurt I don't usually watch JT as she does shows I'm not that interested in, but have watched some of the JM show and I agree that she needs to slow down and take a breath.  And she does talk about her family a lot.
