A yellow 1966 Chevy Corvair. It burned oil like crazy, but was great in the snow.

New 1971 VW super beetle. I paid $2912 for it. Kept it 6 years and then bought a new Triumph Spitfire. Loved that car.

The first car that I was allowed to use was my parents 1969 Chevy Impala couple. It was enormous! I could get the entire 1st clarinet section of my high school band in it. It was also a tremendous gas guzzler, so I always collected at least a couple of bucks for gas money from everyone.
The first car that I owned was a1981 Chevy Cavalier that I bought brand new when I graduated from college. It was a complete piece of trash.

Mine was a brand new 1972 Ford Pinto, powder blue. It was a stick shift. I was so proud of it. My car payment was $63 a month.

A 1967 silver Pontiac Firebird. ETA: Used.
I'd saved for it and was going to buy it when I turned 18. It was $750. My great aunts paid for it as a surprise.
It stayed parked under my bedroom window for 2+ months as I wasn't allowed to drive until I turned 18.
My first 3 cars were Firebirds.

At least you could fill up a tank of gas for 2.00 and go all night...
