Am I the only one who bops around the car when she's singing?  If I'm singing something with a groove and beat I kinda dance.

It's a good thing that it's cold at Christmas because when Burl Ives starts Holly Jolly Christmas - I'm off the hook.

@Bird mama

What about Feliz Navidad?

Frequently I listen to Andrea Bocelli.  I think I can sing fluently in Italian.

I am tone deaf and my Italian is spotty at best.

@lolakimono

It would probably sound better if I knew all of the words.  I sing what I know and then mumble in the other parts.

Same with some of the Bee Gees songs - I think I know the words and sadly find out I don't.  That Barry Gibb mumbles sometimes.

I hope I don't hijack this fun thread, but I have to tell you my problem. I get songs stuck in my head.  Not for a while, but for days!  It's very irritating. Sometimes it even starts to hurt my brain after a while.  Because of this, I listen only to classical music in the car... no words!  Even so, I sometimes get the tunes stuck.  What can I tell you?  I'm weird.

@lulu2

I've tried to sing Nessun Dorma - I don't know how I've avoided arrest from what I did to that song.

@house_cat

BF has the Peanuts song as his ring tone.  Does that count?

(Hope reading about it doesn't give you earworm, LOL).

Another one that I butcher is Minnie Riperton's Loving You.  She hits a high note that I try to duplicate.  It sounds like a cat with it's tail in a meat grinder.

A couple of Bruno Mars songs stuck in my head last summer.  Gorilla is not something you want to be singing out loud, even in a whisper (wink)
