It felt good. I know its early, but it is brisk, and breezy outside. I am past caring what people think about things like this. I dress for comfort.It makes no sense to be cold ,when I have a choice

I did not wear a winter jacket although I should have while walking the dogs. I did, however, wear my Cubs hoodie sweatshirt. YAY - GO CUBBIES!!!

It's a bit chilly in the Midwest this morning. My feet got cold inside, so I got out my Vionic slippers today.

I think it's about time we cooled off, no? It was a ridiculous 85 degrees in NYC this past Wednesday. Today, Saturday, it's 49 degrees. That's a 36 degree drop. I'm grateful for it; I was beginning to feel suffocated. If I wanted summer all year round, I'd move to a southern state. As for dressing, whatever is appropriate for the conditions and keeps me warm and comfortable.

Southern WV is rainy, wet, dreary, with a temperature of 41 today. My husband met a friend for breakfast this morning, and wore a flannel shirt over a t-shirt, which he said felt good. I am so not ready to wear jackets and coats yet. I will start with sweaters and ease into it.

I love wearing my winter coats and boots! I can't wait 'til it snows here. One of our ski resorts opened yesterday so it won't be long here in the city.
