Re: I woke up to no husband...

Odd post to leave hanging.  Hopefully, everything is fine.

I mean, who comes to post on a QVC forum about their husband missing if it was truly a dire situation.  I'd be communicating with people who could possible help do something -- family, friends, police, etc.

Maybe I'm reading too much into this.

Everything is fine. DH was out driving truck, having some maintenance work done on it and getting it washed. What really threw me were the dogs being gone but I finally assumed my husband had taken them with him. He had not. Those stinkers were hiding in the den and I didn't see them till I got back in the house. Very unlike them.

And I did call my husband but he didn't answer. We have Life360 on our phones so I knew where he was,and I was just confused thinking the dogs weren't here.

Husband and rifle missing in this family means deer season. Right now it's just bow season. Both my grandson and son-in-law bow hunt but my husband doesn't. I'm not crazy about venison but I love a good quail on a bed of wild rice.

It means I was the only living creature in the house or so I thought.

Wasn't near as dramatic as you make it out to be LOL I know where he is at all times with Life360 and before you ask he knows where I am at all times with Life360.  It was thinking the dogs were gone also that had me scratching my head.  The gate was open so I didn't know if they had gotten loose or was with my husband. Turns out they were in the house after all.

Lol!  Thankfully they aren't my guineas. What a loud bunch of squawking Birds they are. They belong about 300 yards to the South but have running the roads lately.
