It is 6 degrees this morning here in southern West Virginia.   The heat pump is set to run on EmHeat during this extreme cold, and we are keeping a steady fire in the wood stove in the basement, for extra heat in the house.   

 

I haven’t been out of the house since the 23rd, and don’t expect to be going anywhere anytime soon.
