I come here at different times

and look at the main

Forums page first so I

see a lot of different

threads and topics

and sometimes read and post

a lot and then not at all for a while.

Has anybody noticed since

the new boards we have lots

more posters in Community

Chat that never posted in

Viewpoints? I think it's

great and I've "met" lots

new posters!

I think 'Community Chat' is a much friendlier place than 'Viewpoints' ever was!

I spent much more time under the old format than I do now. Just can't find a way to sort the posts that mimics the old format, so I just tend to scan and occasionally post.

After the paper, my word game and crossword puzzle, I'll read through the last day's posts -- takes about ten minutes. If I post, these will be short ones.

Before dinner, about 8 PM, I go through new posts for about ten minutes. Short posts unless there is a post about: career issues or dementia. These responses can take about ten minutes each.

On weekends away, I may spend more time depending on the board activity.

I am here more than I used to be but I have no actual numbers.

I will be working again soon so it will be less.

I tend to be in and out of here and other places all day.

Kind of like a "posting buffet."

Eat some, rest and go back and get another plate lol!

@newziesuzie - I have noticed. I think people feel more comfortable making comments now because the mods are keeping an eye on what's going on. A lot of the confrontation that used to be has moved on.

@MaggieMack - Isn't he cute? I love golden retrievers but never had one. We have had a lot of dogs and currently we have three cockers, but goldens are beautiful.
