@QueenDanceALot. Shawn? No, she does not like to workout.
Might be preventative medicine and Medicare will pay.

I simply cannot think of many more things I would rather not do at 60 plus than pole dance. There are lots of good ways to exercise without coming off like an old fool who thinks you are 20. Good grief. Sorry, but not for me ever. LOTS of great dance and exercise options are out there for people of any age.
I'm sure people will beat me up over this, but I hate to see the older crowd try to one up younger people. Let younger people do their thing while they are young and be the center of attention. I think when you are older, it is time to step aside in a lot of areas--and this would be one. To me, it's almost common courtesy.
Just because you can do something doesn't mean you should.

At 60 years old the body is aged and while keepng in shape is admirable, trying to be a 20 yaer old is not. With age comes wisdom. Pole dancing? Really, admirable at any age, not really.

Well we will have to disagree. I would rather learn to pole dance than get plastic surgery and lip fillers. I'm so tired of seeing women with lips too big for their face and their forehead, and sometimes their whole face, frozen.
I embrace my age and I look forward to aging. It's not a sin to have a wrinkle. By dancing and even pole dancing is enjoying flexibility and energy. I love that and, like I said, I want to do this. Doesn't mean you have to.
