I read in a Qurate presentation to investors that their "Best Customer", on average, makes 70 purchases a year.

That's a lot, and probably more than makes up for those who abandoned ship.

Okay... so 4 down, 66 to go!

I wish I could lose my QVC mojo!  I was going to quit buying things on January 1 - I made it until the 2nd.  I've basically quit watching it on television but I have to check out the new items everyday.  I need to stop!

Good for you though.  I'm going to start over trying to cut back and try to make it at least 2 days before I order!  My credit cards would thank me!

At least one thing I can say is none of my clothes still are in bags or have tags hanging off of them!  That's all I can say!    I go for a while and then I order one thing and feel that since I've ordered one what's two?  Or they've had free shipping and that is a huge savings. I need QVC anonymous!

Nothing wrong with that! Hopefully it won’t come back!

I haven’t watched in years; I just check online...I have ordered three things in the past year I think; candles, a faux flower that hasn’t arrived yet, and a super-reduced top.

What’s with the obsession with bell, ruffled, or flounced sleeves? Almost every brand has them..even on their sweaters...I never see them on other sites or in stores....QVC is either way ahead of the fashion curve or stuck in the past. I have no desire to drag my sleeves through my food when out to dinner....

I don’t think we even get HSN anymore...haven’t really looked for it much though; our cable company changed stuff and I don’t think we still have it but we still have Q.when I retired, I started wearing my work clothes to church and dinner, etc. I needed to actually buy clothes to wear for everyday since I was at home so much more. Even D&C is now too expensive for just wearing around the house....and too grandma-looking for my taste. This has been said about D&C for years, but the line still seems to be going in the same direction. Guess Gary doesn’t get the memo. And new antique rose? Please get rid of that dated, worn-out color! It’s basically mauve....

Lost mine also, after believing the hosts about the HP laptop that made it sound like it was a great computer. They went on and on about how fast it was. Not!! Can't even get it to work. Will be sending it back. Sorry I paid the full amount of $750.00 all at once.

I started losing mine gradually about five years ago and for the past few years, the loss has been relatively complete... The funny thing is, it's not a loss at all... Same tired nonsense day after day... I tune in now for a minute or two here or there before changing the channel and wonder how in the world I used to watch this lunacy regularly... I might check out the website semi-regularly, but there's just not much of interest and rarely a true bargain to be had...

Want to start a support group? I'll wait until the gardening shows are over before I tune in. A waste of time when there are beautiful garden centers in every state.
