I don't really keep track of my weight, but I definitely need to loose weight.
I know that 10 pounds isn't much, but it's a start!
I'm not going to say what plan I am on, because no matter which one I said, someone would think that it was the "wrong" plan. I'm not talking about anyone here, just in general.
Anyway, when I stepped on the scale this morning, I was pleasently surprised to see that I had lost weight!
I am trying to eat healthier, more veggies, and watch my caloric intake, so it must be working!
