I've Lost 10 Pounds!

I don't really keep track of my weight, but I definitely need to loose weight.

 

 

I know that 10 pounds isn't much, but it's a start!

 

 

I'm not going to say what plan I am on, because no matter which one I said, someone would think that it was the "wrong" plan. I'm not talking about anyone here, just in general.

 

Anyway, when I stepped on the scale this morning, I was pleasently surprised to see that I had lost weight!

 

I am trying to eat healthier, more veggies, and watch my caloric intake, so it must be working!

Good for you.  Eating more veggies and watching calories seems like a smart, sensible plan.

No surprise as you are selecting "more veggies" for the win.....high nutritional density/no fat...less calories.

@Anonymous032819   Good for you.  Last weeks WW weigh in for me and down 9.6 and 10 is big, and we're on our way.  Different strokes for different folks and you just do what works for you and poo poo the rest.  You'll be better for it.  Good job.

As long as you are getting the vitamins and minerals you need, nobody should be trying to tell you what is healthy or unhealthy.  You seem to know that yourself.  So, let me congratulate you.  I gain weight and lose (gain more than lose) weight back and forth because I take so many steroids and steroid infusions and shots, so when I lose 10 pounds, I am tickled silly.
