Yes. It was a last bundle of 20 rolls of Scott tissue from early Covid era ....and it had no tear lines.

I think they were making TP so fast back then to keep up, they turned off the "perforation machine"!!!

I have seen it in the Scott toilet paper only.  It is a thin toilet paper so it really does not need perforations it tears easily.  I saw the paper a great deal in my elementary school days at school but only bought the item once for myself during covid.  I got what was available.

LOL apparently people's lives are so wonderful that they've had to search for something to be bothered about.  Just kidding, I'm sure it was just an observation. I haven't observed it yet.

No, but I did drop a brand new roll in the toilet the other day. Clumsy me, lol.
