I think it would be fun to be able to see the hosts Q audition tapes......

......especially the one where the interviewer gives them an object cold and tells them to sell it. It would be interesting to try and see what the interviewer saw in them to hire them at the Q. I notice that a lot of the hosts have news broadcasting backgrounds which makes me wonder what it was that made the Q think they could make the leap to sales. I know it gives them camera experience, but I've always been curious as to what drew them to sales.

They had a contest for new host a few years ago. Dave James got the most votes. Antonella & Carolyn were also part of that contest. It was interesting to watch.

I'm sorry I missed that one.......

I know that sales does not appeal to me. I know my limitations and the thought of doing thousands of D & Co or even jewelry or Philosophy shows would drive me crazy.....I wouldn't be able to put a smile on my face and start with the pitch again and again......

I always liked Dave James......loved his laid-back approach. Lisa Mason was another fave.
