I refuse to use Chanel....21 years is a long time

<em>They are so stingy with samples........in our area they would only give a sample or two of skin care but never lipsticks or mini glosses and Dior does.........for gifts I ask for a card or something where I can add a few dollars to buy a lipstick or gloss.........I know Chanel gives samples of nice things to someone but not Dillards.</em>

<em>21 years is enough to buy and never get anything. I am done.</em>
