I refreshed this page and lost 3 days worth of posts!

I was trying to click back on Marianne's Arias update and ask her a question but when I refreshed everything went back to 10/26. Bummer.....do we get to live the last 3 days over???

Look at the tabs above the first thread.

You need to click on "Recent Threads" to see them in chronological order.

Hi Marp: I would say read this article, it is a pretty good overview of the balancing that needs to be done with State policing powers and individual Liberty. It will be an interesting court battle, and I am ok with that because decisions have to be made or it will continue to be the mess it currently is. Here is the article:

Thanks Marianne. Pit and I were both particularly wonder why/if a writ of habeas corpus could have been sought in NJ.

Well, they could file it, I don't know how far it would get there.

You can file anything, predicting an outcome is something I was taught never ever never ever never ever to do-- too many unknowns, including the judge hearing a case.
