IT SEEMS I CAN NO LONGER PRINT OUT THE EASY PAY PAGE, WITH ALL MY NUMBERS IN ONE PLACE...SO I CAN CHECK OFF EACH PAYMENT AS PAID...I DON'T KNOW WHO FIDDELED WITH THE LAYOUT...BUT FIRE THEM!

I hate the fact that its already programmed in advance to do easy pay.....not everyone wants easy pay.....its annoying that I always have to change it to my choice...it should be left blank for customer to choose which monthly plan they prefer....or no monthly plan....

@TVLandIsn't it just as annoying for people who do want EZP and would have to do one exttra click to get that?
If I were QVC, I would have asked the programmers to give the extra click to the less popular choice. I know what I like, but I have no numbers to tell me what QVC's average customer likes.

I never do easy pay and before submitting an order, carefully read the page. I ordered an item for the first time in months today from LTS and had no problem.

The way QVC is constantly pushing easy pay, I'm not surprised that they made that the default. For some reason, they seem to love easy pay!

I don't like it because it's not logical. The price of the item should be the default , everything else is extra. Payment options should be simple and straightforward.

I've never seen stats, but I'd bet a dollar or two that EZP is the more popular payment method and that's why it's the default.
I have seen that some posters here don't like it, but I wonder if the Forums are really indicative of the majority of buyers. I know there are several vendors very popular with posters and I have zero interest in them.
I tend not to shout they should disappear or be fired though. QVC is not my private club - not is it the only company where I can shop.
To @skier girl who started this thread - I wouldn't be so quick to ask someone get fired just because you don't like the programming! BUT - you might have asked them to consider adding a print page option to the EZPay list - I would have backed you on that - and it doesn't toss the baby with the bath water!

It happened to me -- I've never used EZ Pay - and I HATE that the default is EZ Pay. Keeping track of my credit card statement for 5 months - what's that about? Now - my shopping days are over at QVC.

I am another one that doesn't like the easy pay default since I don't use easy pay. I far preferred the other screen where it didn't necessarily default, but there was an area where the easy pay was selected and all you had to do was click it to the other selection of the total price. With this change you have to wait for the other screen to come up and with the trouble they are having with their website lately it can take some time to get the other page up to opt out of the easy pay. The previous screen before they changed it was much easier and quicker to navigate.
