Ladies I need your prayers I'll try to make this as short as possible. My brother and his wife and their attorney are basically trying to block my sister and I from any part of my parents inheritance. My mom died last year. My brother wants to put my dad in a nursing home . Now he and his buddy attorney are blocking us from all information in my father's trust. I talked to my dad this morning ( I am 3 hours away) and my brother took my dad to a doctor yesterday and got a prescription and it has made my dad very"out of it." My dad is in the beginning stages of dementia. I won't go into all the details, but my brother was "gifted" a lot of property out of the trust, but is blocking my sister and me from access. I have an appt. with an attorney, but I really need your prayers. I feel like I'm living in a nightmare..--or a really bad movie. We're a normal family---I never thought this would happen to us...

This has all transpired in the last 2 weeks. I know my brother is going through my dad's money as fast as he can. I'm sorry to be rambling. Thank you for your prayers. I feel like I am fighting a battle.
