I need suggestions for hot flashes relief.

I am in menopause, and I need help. I am estrogen sensitive so most hormones are out. Please help.

None of the OTC products helped me. Thankfully I had a wonderful gynecologist who listened.

For years I have taken Andrew Lessman's, Women's Wellness capsules. I buy them on HSN. They work for me!

As a bc survivor, I feel your pain! I was on HRT, decided to get off, and boom! Two months later had a bc diagnosis. So all I can say is be very careful! If you are estrogen sensitive, you know you can't use anything soy related or that even has a whiff of estrogen, "natural" or synthetic. Read labels very carefully. The only thing that helped me, unfortunately, was time. It does get better!

Supposedly cutting back on caffeine and alcohol are fairly effective.
