I need help...

Hi gang. I've been unable to use the m/b for about 2 weeks. Now that I can. QVC--for some unfathomable reason--changed my screen name. How do I change it back myself?

have you tried going into your profile account and changing the name back to whatever it was before? if that doesnt work then i agree with @Mersha  about contacting the qvc social team.
