About 2 weeks ago, we adopted an 18 month old Yorkie who was rescued from a puppy mill. The groomer told me that she had to wash her 4 times before she could even begin to groom her. I knew she would be a challenge, but I guess I didn't think about how BIG a challenge she would be. She has socialized wonderfully, especially with me, but she has some really strange habits that I know are going to be hard to break. I take her outside constantly, and yet she will wait until she comes in to do her business. In 10 days, she has peed twice outside and pooped once. The rest has been in the house, even though I feel like I spend most of my day outside. Any advise would be greatly appreciated on how to house train her as well as change some of her behaviors. Thanks!!!
