I have to set the clocks - way too confusing not to.
Want to get up with the sun? Set a daily alarm and change it occasionally. For me, that's easier than always trying to figure out the times. Besides - you still have to manually change all those timepieces that change themselves - your computers, your TV's, and what else? Now I might as well quit because I'd never find myself!

I hate losing that hour in the spring too......may sound crazy, but I never feel right till we get it back in the fall.
I prefer Standard Time. Its called Standard for a reason.

NOOOOOOOO. I detest changing the clocks back like we had to this last weekend. Hate it. Hate it. Hate it.
On top of that, my dog is a complete mess and she never adjusts. I've had her now for 2 years and go through periods of having real issues with her sleeping. She'll go for months at a time sleeping through the night, then for months at a time, she's up between 2:30 and 3:00 a.m.
Sunday night, the problem started again. As I was half asleep throwing her squeaky toy for her to catch and bring back to me, it dawned on me that this happens when we change the clocks back and she sleeps through the night when we "spring forward."

Not crazy at all...I spend the entire daylight savings time trying to recover my lost hour...I never feel rested until the clocks go back to standard time in the fall.

I prefer this time change rather than the one in the Spring.
I do wish we could eliminate the time change.

Sorry, I like it better the other way around. I wish I could keep daylight savings all year long.
I hate going to work in the dark and coming home in the dark. I like it when I come home from work in the summer and still have several hours of lovely daylight to play with.
I can't even get in a decent bike ride or walk after work now, which I could still do just last week.

Me too...wish they would just leave it as is. I like an early evening and it is much nicer when going to dinner with my DH or friends and it isn't daylight until 9pm!

...what would be the point? It would be just plain silly to mentally convert the time all day long for....nothing. If you don't work, you can get up as early as you want all year round.

I am still all turned around.

We don't change our clocks, but whatever floats your boat, lol.
