If you have really, really high taxes, that might help you make a decision.  My taxes are very high and the house is bigger than I need.  I think 2200-3200 sq ft sounds like a good size.  I also think the two car garage in the home you are looking at sounds great.  It can be hard to find that.

@Snoopp - taxes in our county are very reasonable and if you are over 60, you no longer have to pay school tax.  And most of the houses here have 2 car garages.  


Why is it, when I have a 50/50 guess at something, I'm always 100% wrong?
