I’m sure I’m just overlooking it but

I placed an order here a minute ago.  Where, oh where is the logout of account button?

Not the forums, but after placing an order on QVC how do you logout?  I can't find it anywhere.

Why is it, when I have a 50/50 guess at something, I'm always 100% wrong?

Re: I’m sure I’m just overlooking it but

You can log out by going to the Menu (top left of the page).  Then My Account.  There should be a "sign out" at the bottom.

@geezerette - thanks. Gee, I thought it might be there when clicking on "my account" without the added step of doing that and then clicking on menu.

@gidgetgh

Yeah, you would think so, wouldn't you? 😉

There may be another way to do it that I don't know about though...

Re: I’m sure I’m just overlooking it but

I click on My Account and scroll to the very bottom of the list -  the sign out never shows on mine until I scroll.

BTW-  once I sign out there, I have to re-entert my screen name and password to sign in here.

on my computer, it is in the top right and corner......it says WELCOME NAME and underneath it says my account. i just hover over the MY ACCOUNT and a drop down menu pops up. i can then go down to SIGN OUT.

@sunshine45 - didn't work that way on the Ipad. No hovering.

True.  On my iPad, once I'm signed in, if I tap My Account, it takes me to a different screen with account options.  But not a one is "sign out".

If I'm not signed in, the My Account that @sunshine45 is talking about does appear, but then I only have the option to sign in.

@geezerette - yep.  They need to rework that. It shouldn't be so hard to logout.

the "look" of the website and where to find things can definitely change, depending on your device (phone, tablet, computer) and depending on whether you are going ot the full view website or using the app.
