I'm on a 500 calorie per day diet.

For breakfast I had one egg - 70 cal.

Lunch I had 1 C. of frozen peas - 87 cal.

I'm going to have a yogurt later - 110 cal.

For dinner - not sure - maybe a small piece of chicken.

I think I can do this for a while.
