I am very proud of her. She didn't have a good life as a child and she hasn't let that hold her back. She is a beautiful, very smart, and a talented (artistic) girl. She is also a hard worker. On her days off she works at a beauty shop/tanning salon/spa. She will continue to work there while going to school.

Ya' know in some countries it is customary for the patrons to go through the kitchen and take a look around at the food prep/cleaniliness of the place before deciding to dine there...not a bad idea, huh? Yuck to Pizza Hut.....

John, you are obviously a man of character. However, again, in this case, I disagree and I know you won't mind Smile If I'm not mistaken, mima said the girl only has 2 weeks left to work there. No othere restaurant I know of would hire someone for 2 weeks unless the girl was dishonest about her intentions of only working 2 weeks.

Buca di Beppo paraded you through the kitchen. That was a real turn off for me and never went back.
