We are treated like children because some posters act like children. We have the tattle-tales, we have the know-it-alls, we have the ones that post juvenile pictures, we have those that won't let others play, we have the mean girls, etc.

The past few days I KNOW my posts are what knocked down whole threads.

But I NEVER 'go there' until someone else already has.

So it's only a matter of time before they'll just eliminate me altogether.

I'll survive, but I do like reading (some) threads and posting on (some) threads.

And I couldn't be more proud of my stance and why I'll probably be banned.

As we've all noticed this board has software that rejects certain words of their choosing....so if we use a forbidden word and we try to post, we get a rejection screen and a note in red that the "certain word" is not allowed.......Ford, if the word used actually went through, then you or any of us would have no idea it was verboten....IMO that is an unfair reason to ban someone because it's basically punishing a poster for not being a mind reader......HOWEVER, you say above that your post/thread was about "the current state of the world"? ......in that case your temporary banning was probably more due to breaking the standard that says "do not post messages that are political or controversial in nature...." so it's my opinion Ford that you were treated unfairly and misled into thinking that the use of a particular word which WENT THROUGH was the cause for your banning.......I am glad you were reinstated and don't think you should be afraid to post......why put a burden on yourself like that?...this place is supposed to be fun......
