@rms1954 I hope things have improved for you since yesterday. It's so frustrating trying to get people to DO THEIR JOB!

I got a notice from the IRS two weeks ago that I had not paid the corporate tax for our business...I have paid it and I have the proof (paid it online, and the bank statement shows it came out of our account). I've been calling about every other day, and go thru the menu--only to be told that "we can't take your call, try back on the next business day".

I'm not too worried, since I do have the paper trail, but it's just annoying that I can't get this cleared up!

Got a couple things cleared up today. Thank you to ALL those who understood my emotional rant. While I get that when one posts here you're not necessaritly going to receive the empathy and consideration you were looking for, but grateful for those that are understanding and lend a helpful story or thought to share.

Bathroom renovation will be pushed out until August. But that's OK, the vanity color issue was my big concern. Waiting 20 years for this and I want it right cuz it won't happen for me again. It was important to me that he just didn't try to smooth it over with an apology but promised he will make it right and my happiness was the most important thing.
