I'm Sorry, I Apologize for That

Translated means "too bad so sad for you, I can't help you and I don't care.  Deal with it."

If it's supposed to make me feel better it does not.  I feel angry, agitated, and upset.  Unfulfilled.  Ugh!!!

Dealt with several on-line people regarding:

- refunds owed me and still waiting - going on 28 days now;

- order returns where they misrepresent their product with incorrect photos

  so now I need to return the item and they expect me to pay the S&H;

- bathroom remodel and color of vanity is completely wrong and not what I chose; and

- last but not least still waiting for two items purchased on 6/20.

I'm so tired and drained from it all.

Re: I'm Sorry, I Apologize for That

In late March, my airlines cancelled 6 tickets  r/t to Europe for this September.  I tried over and over to call because the message was, we canceled your tickets and we have added travel credits to your account. I DIDN'T WANT TRAVEL CREDITS, I WANTED MY MONEY BACK!! (a lot of money.)

Their message was if you were not traveling within 72 hrs they would not talk to you.  Well in the interim it gave me time to Google and find out what the law was when the airlines cancel your ticket, it is not even an option on their website, it's always if you want to cancel your ticket, never the airline has canceled it.

Yesterday I finally got a live person who said they would check to confirm the airlines policy as if there was any question. I am sure if I had not had the time to do the research and then be so insistent I would not have gotten my money back.

In fact the last thing they said was allow 6 to 8 weeks for it to show up. A little more research today I found out by law the airlines are supposed to refund your money within seven days and the coronavirus cannot be used as an excuse.

So hang in there.

I will wait until the middle of the night to try and call them back about my refund.

Sorry to hear you've had to deal with so many issues....

Work done properly according to instructions, payments and refunds processed correctly, and customer servcice overall has STUNK for several years now, so they cant use the excuse of the pandemic.....It seems that VERY FEW can do ANYTHING RIGHT!!!  It seems that no one really cares about putting effort into their work and they don't give a darn about anything except the despositing of their paycheck....

Honestly, the truth probably is the people you are talking to just don't have the power or means to help you.  It's a tough and frustrating situation all the way around these days.  Companies just don't get it anymore.  They'd rather replace you than try and keep you.

Believe it or not, it's cheaper. ☹️

I hope you get everything cleared up to your satisfaction...soon.

All I did was try to renew a magazine subscription online....Even though I checked renew, suddenly I had not one, but two subscriptions to the same magazine....Called and she canceled the duplicate....but they still processed the payment for the duplicate.....called again, she credited back the payment, or I HOPED she did.... My fears were justified because just got a letter (a month later) stating that I owed for my magazine subscription renewal.... YOU CANT MAKE THIS STUFF UP!!!!  Called again, I was assured now everything is now in order.... i ain't holding my breath....

@Bhvbum    Perhaps you should be talking to the FAA.  I filed a complaint with them once and found them to be very responsive.

Really?  Yes, let me get on my knees and count my blessings.  I'm sure I'll feel sooooo much better.  Reading your response has changed EVERYTHING.  You should .....nevermind.
