@chickenbutt, I cleaned out a hoarder's home last year and found candy with "use by" dates older than your pet meds. The worst was the ham in the refrigerator that had a "consume by" date more than five years earlier. Even worse was the fact that it looked like you could still eat it, way, way too many preservatives.

During a blizzard we throught we were prepared because we had a snowmobile that was could use to get out if we needed something or needed help. The problem was the snow drifted so high in front of the garage door we couldn't get it out for days until we could get it dug out and then our truck was parked outside the garage door so we had to dig that out also to be able to use it. By the time we finally got it out the roads were cleared off. If you have all that stuff in a shed just be sure you have a couple of good snow shovels so you can get to it in the winter during a big snow or a boat to get to it if it floods. Why isn't it stored in an attached garage or in a room of the house?

@SANNA---Now THAT was an important catch!! Plaid, although you didn't mention Vampires, I see you do have garlic powder you can blow in their face.
Seriously, You have an awesome list and Very generous heart, taking into account your neighbors. May we all feel that generous and loving towards our neighbors, even strangers, that may need help.-----------tedEbear

May I ask where in the name of Heaven do you keep all of that stuff? Also do you have it handy so you can carry it wherever you need to? I need to take my cats places, where they go I do.

She said she keeps it in her shed.
Ours is full of gardening equipment, as well as some of the camping/emergency supplies listed. But there is no way I could store this many other items.

You forgot a gun. You'll need to protect your stash from all the looters who failed to prepare for doomsday.
Plus......a gun comes in handy when the zombies rise up as well......
