OK, so I'm trying to figure out how we are supposed to know when we are purchasing something covered under the "Christmas In July" program.
The program where you have until the end of January 2017 to return it?
I don't understand how is one supposed to know. I called CS and asked and she said, "Well, you would know if you are purchasing it for Christmas".
I know I'm dense, but that didn't explain things for me. Does that mean we can use it and it (the product) is covered until January 2017. How are we supposed to know what is covered?

I think it covers only the items presented during the CIJ shows.

I could be wrong but, I have heard the host say it when they demo the product & also, when the show is all about Christmas items .... the Jan 31, 2017 return policy is not for every product ordered now..... this is what I think .... maybe someone will post some other info. 😄

I wish you'd stop "apologizing" and qualifying your inquiries all the time ... you really ask some very good questions!
As for this question ... I have no idea, lol.
Hopefully, a Mod will provide an answer ..... or you can re-post this question in Customer Care .... which is probably a good idea either way.

There is a link on the home page to the Christmas in July sale - click the one that says "all items" rather than the links by category. I assume those are the qualifying items.

@Annabellethecat66, I would copy and paste your inquiry into the Customer Care section and use the @ symbol to contact a mod for further clarification.
