@Tinkrbl44 I never for one minute thought you were being mean to me. I know you were giving me a compliment.
That's just my way of 'talking' (calling myself dense). It's kind of funny really because I've been accused more than once by some here as being 'full of myself'. Ha!
@Pearlee I've always found Tink to be very thoughtful and considerate and I understand she was being kind to me. Perhaps you misunderstood what she was saying, it's not a big deal.
The reason I asked is because I sent to my grandson the cars that run on the tracks. I sent him a similar version last year (I also gave one to my dentist for his son and his assistant for her son).
I was curious in case my grandson breaks the thing, that's all.
I do think QVC is going to find others (maybe not here, but viewers) are confused as to what is covered under this Christmas in July offer.

You're right. The same people all the time. It's getting to be such a downer.

Just a little sidebar, as I'm curious -
If a child breaks a toy does that really make it returnable?

I don't understand why one would return an item that a child broke. The only reason one should return an item is because it was not to their liking or if it didn't fit, etc.

I wish you'd stop "apologizing" and qualifying your inquiries all the time ... you ask some very good questions!
Oh for goodness sakes. Your posts either argue with or criticize (or both) everyone you respond to, even when you are trying to pay a compliment. Unbelieveable.
And it's funny that you didn't even notice that you are criticizing .... the same thing you are complaining about? Oh, boy. ROFL !!!
Not ALL my posts. See my post above on this thread. It's ALL of yours - it's really unbelieveable you can't seem to post without arguing or criticizing or both. I suggest some self-reflection on your part.
Oh, please ...... What are you talking about? I didn't say "ALL" because that wasn't what I was saying in Post # 9. I guess you didn't understand that.
Now you are just making things up, so you can start arguments. You need psychiatric help.
Since we have no IGNORE button on here ... I invite you to ignore me. Your posts really offer no value whatsoever.
@Tinkrbl44EXCELLENT POST GIRL!!!!!!! YOU SAID IT BEST!!!

@Annabellethecat66 ... I called one year to ask the same question. The lady in Customer Service told me that because they sell items that would make good Christmas gifts once Christmas in July begins, virtually anything you buy from QVC the second half of the year gets the extended return policy. She said you can always claim that it was a Christmas gift. Now, I don't know if that policy is still in effect, but that is what she told me probably about five years ago.

Unless he played with it for ten seconds and it fell apart, I would not try to return a toy my child broke
