I have two numbers: 866-216-1072. That's the number I called today. I also have 888-280-4331.

Thank you everyone for all the information regarding Amazon Customer Service, I appreciate the # and online info. I order from Amazon all the time and have never needed to speak to anyone regarding a return or an order, they are a breeze to deal with ordering. The return process is as easy as it gets, and no cost. I have only had to return a few items and have used the drop-off at locker (which is at the Safeway), but prefer to pack it up, attach the return label then go online to the USPS website and put in an order for USPS to pickup the item at my door when they deliver my mail. Do the same if I return something to QVC.

Amazon CS is wonderful. Needed to return something and printed the return label and I had the option of dropping it off at UPS near me or having it picked up. Return postage was minimal!! The second UPS scanned it I had my refund.

Love Amazon as well and can tell you that you'll receive the same excellent customer service e-mailing them, or even live-chatting with them. They seem to really appreciate their customers.

Why? Threads of this type are allowed to stand all the time. I believe that including links is a violation of Community Standards, but I haven't done that. I would never knowingly violate the standards.

I only had to call them one time. I once ordered a lot of cds at one time. When I checked my status, 3 of them were going back to Amazon because of "bad address". Amazon by mistake sent them to another state. I called and got them to resend to my home. I got them the next day.

I hear stories like this all the time.
Once I bought a DVD, and it didn't play properly. So I called, they told me to toss it, and I had a new one the next day.
I don't even have Prime, and Amazon has been wonderful for me.

@chickenbutt, absolutely. I always choose the option of their calling me. And yes, they do call immediately.
I like to use Chat to have a record.
